Splay AB (“Splay”, we”, ”our” or “us”) is the controller of personal data for the service GOsnap (the “Service”). We are registered in Sweden with the company number 556909-3882 and have our registered office at Malmskillnadsgatan 32, 111 51 Stockholm, Sweden.

This Privacy Policy explains (along with our Membership Terms and Conditions for the Service) the basis for how we treat personal information and cookie information we collect from you, or that you provide to us.

You should read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our attitudes and practices regarding your personal information and how we treat them.

The definitions used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as the definitions in the Membership Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise indicated.

We collect your personal information when you register as a Member of GOsnap’s network and use the Service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is up to date, complete and accurate. We can not take any responsibility for any problems that may occur if you do not contact us when your personal information has changed, for example when you change your address. It is therefore your responsibility to inform us when your personal information has changed, which you can do by sending a message to info@gosnap.co.

We may also use your personal information outside of the Service to improve third party marketing or use your personal information along with third party data to enhance your experience of the Service/Website or other services/websites. 

Anonymized statistics
We may use your personal information to compile data to enable research or analysis to better understand and improve the Service/Website towards you, other Members and Advertisers. We may for example make inquiries on your demographics, your user behavior and statistics on your account. The compiled data for such use is anonymized, i.e. it does not identify you personally although it may partly be based on your personal data.

IP Address
We may save your IP address to help us diagnose problems with our servers, to administer the Service, to verify that your account is not used by others, to collect demographic information (such as the number of visitors from a specific geographical area), in order to maintain the compliance of our Membership Terms and Conditions and/or otherwise protect our Service, the Website, other Members, Advertiser or third parties.

However, the lack of your consent for us to process or use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy will impact on your ability to use, and our ability to provide the Service, the Website and invitations to Promotions, hence in such case we withhold the right to terminate the Agreement in accordance with section 7.6 of the Membership Terms and Conditions.

The Service may contain links to other services, applications or websites which are not controlled by us. This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the content of other services, applications and websites. Links to other services, applications and websites do not imply that we vouch for or confirm the services, applications or websites or their content.

 

  1. CHANGE AND REMOVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can at any time change, update or remove the personal information you have provided us with. You may at any time request that we delete your personal information by canceling your Membership and account via the Website. Please note that, this means that you will no longer be able to use the Service.

If you just want to correct or delete your personal information from a particular Promotion or from the Service, send an email to info@gosnap.com.

Once per calendar year, upon written request, you are entitled to receive information from us of your personal information which we have access to. You also have the right to receive information on the categories of recipients to whom the data is disclosed to.

How do you delete cookies?

We withhold the right to unilaterally change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change will be announced by indication in the introduction to this Privacy Policy when it was last updated. We will also inform you through the Service/Website that a change has occurred. If you continue to use the Service/Website after we announced the change, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy. You are responsible for regularly checking whether the Privacy Policy has changed. If you do not accept the changes and hence this Privacy Policy, it will mean that you do not accept the Agreement and we cannot provide the Service, the Website and invitations to Promotions to you. In such case we ask that you stop using the Service/Website, and we withhold the right to terminate the Agreement in accordance with section 7.6 of the Membership Terms and Conditions.
